Mainly agency is used for optimization of your expenses and include:
- Making available an external economic contract for customs clearance and realization of delivery. Such type of cooperation suits the companies and physical persons that do not want to take part in foreign trade transaction, but would like to get foreign cargo from a Ukrainian company based on the internal purchase/sale agreement. In this case all the financial, customs clearance and certification issues, as well as issues that need to be solved with other non-tariff regulation authorities are transferred into the hands of United Ways Agency;
- Making available an internal contract for including the cargo on company’s books an records;
- Making available company-consignee or -consignor for operations based on commission agreement at which the company that is not a subject of foreign economic activity may take part in the foreign economic scheme being the principal, and our company being the agent. I.e. your company is the owner of the cargo and the company is obligatory specified in Customs Cargo Declaration. For commission fee United Ways Agency deals with all the financial and customs issues on its behalf. In case you are not accredited in customs authorities and do not have foreign currency accounts in a bank for money transfer or receipt from or for your foreign companion, and if you wish to conclude the contracts on your behalf, then this type of cooperation is optimal for you.
