Customs Clearance of Customer-Owned Raw Materials

This kind of operations is of interest for the foreign companies especially for those residing in EU. At delivery of customer-owned raw materials to Ukraine, its processing and return of finished product the situation occurs when it is more profitable to transfer the mainline production to the country where the product self-cost is much lower than in majority of the European countries.   • Use of production facilities of Ukrainian production companies;
  • Use of the own production facilities brought to Ukraine as foreign investments into statutory fund of the company with 100% of foreign investments.
