Preparation and Legalization of Authorization Documents

Quite often the procedure of preparation and legalization of certificates could be started only when the cargo is spotted for customs control in Ukraine. In this case there could be a situation when the necessary authorization documents are issued within the time specified by the current legislation.

Usually for state organizations this period can take from 15 up to 30 days and more. Taking into account that transport vehicle downtime or unloading to customs license warehouse could cost quite a lot, sometimes it is more feasible to get all the possible authorization papers beforehand. For example, a lot of certificates are received based on the product samples submitted. And when the main parcel comes the customs clearance is done baaed on the authorization documents obtained up-front.

We are working with the state authorities of non-tariff regulation and we know the specificity of work with various ranges of items. Knowing beforehand what the specialists of non-tariff regulation authorities need we can speed up the bureaucratic process supplying the full set of documents and the product samples if the latter is needed.

Legalization of documentation in non-tariff regulation authorities often is more complicated, more time consuming and more expensive process than cargo customs clearance.

The most important is that without appropriate authorization documents, certificates, and conclusions or protocols the process of cargo customs clearance cannot be done.

All the goods are included into the unified coding system that contains all the existing ranges of items. Depending on the goods code there is a necessity to get certain authorization documents at non-tariff regulation authorities.
